Meet Darren

Darren Plowman has been in the high performance coatings and foam game for more than two decades. As HPCF business development manager for ICAFe PCR, Darren’s office is wherever his customers are -- remote job sites, roadside cafés, even kitchen tables of startups trying to break into the industry. Darren supports everyone from mom and pop outfits to large operations. If you’re in spray foam, chances are Darren knows exactly how to help you succeed.

Meet Brian

Brian Vander Baan has spent the past decade in the building materials supply industry and founded Outlaw Polymer Supply (OPS) four years ago. After seeing small spray foam applicators not being treated the same as the large outfits, Brian envisioned a company that delivers to any jobsite, anytime, and to any type of rig. Today, Brian and the OPS team welcome every opportunity to push the limits of what an insulation distributor can be, making every contractor’s life easier.

Meet Phil

Phil Joseph has more than eight years of hands-on experience in the insulation and building performance industry, specializing in spray foam applications and energy‑efficient building practices. As part of the Outlaw Polymer Supply team, Phil has built a reputation for practical problem‑solving and a clear understanding of how insulation affects a building’s comfort and long‑term performance.

Meet Josh

Josh Feitl brings more than ten years of hands‑on spray foam experience. Beginning his career as a rig builder and technician gave him a practical understanding of the equipment, materials, and day‑to‑day challenges contractors face. Two years ago, Josh launched Red Rock Building Products, a trusted building material distributor for contractors across the Southwest. From rig startups to troubleshooting in the field, Josh is a go‑to resource for getting businesses off the ground and keeping them running strong.
